Construction services are tasks and responsibilities in the course of the building process. These services entail; land purchase, cost estimation, project scheduling, design decision making, procurement process of construction materials, building permits, environmental and traffic studies. They also include all labor and services provided in connection with the construction, alteration, repair, demolition, reconstruction, or other improvements to real property. There are four major types of construction services; residential building, institutional and commercial building, specialized industrial construction, infrastructure and heavy construction.
